With Managed Website Launch, the website becomes yours once the 12-month initial term and all invoices are paid. A separately purchased build becomes yours once its agreed build fee is paid. Third-party software, services and licences remain subject to their own terms.

If you later cancel the managed service, we provide a reasonable route to move the website elsewhere. A different provider may require technical changes, and third-party hosting, domain, software or migration costs may apply.

Managed Website Launch begins with a 12-month term. Website Care plans begin with a 3-month term. After the relevant initial term, services continue monthly with 30 days’ written notice. A £195 handover fee covers preparing the project and coordinating a standard transfer; migration work is quoted separately.

What is a managed website?
It is a website and an ongoing service in one. With Managed Website Launch, WTK Solutions designs and builds the website, then continues looking after hosting, deployment, HTTPS, maintenance, monitoring and support.
Is the website build included?
Yes. Managed Website Launch includes a professionally designed website with up to 5 core pages for a £195 setup fee and £149 per month during the 12-month initial term. Requirements outside the included scope are quoted separately.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The website build is fully paid and the service moves to Business Website Care at £109 per month. It then continues monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Do I need a managed plan?
No. A managed plan is optional, but it is a good fit if you want one point of contact to remain responsible for the technical side after launch.
What happens after my website launches?
With a managed plan, we continue to host, monitor and maintain the website. Without one, we agree a suitable handover and any future work can be quoted separately.
Who hosts my website?
WTK Solutions arranges secure managed cloud hosting using modern infrastructure selected for the website. You deal with us rather than having to administer the hosting yourself.
